Montreal's Ritz-Carlton Montreal is the only Ritz hotel in Canada and has been opened since 1912. Recently renovated, this elegant hotel is surrounded by art galleries, swank boutiques, and antique shops. The service provided by the staff is quite high, yet it is not the most expensive hotel in town. High tea is served daily during the summer months, where you can sit in the garden.

The rooms and suites are quite spacious, with large closets, chandaliers and marble bathrooms. Some of the rooms have working fireplaces.
